Although we are confident in the quality of our products and anticipate your satisfaction, we recognize that individual circumstances can vary. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we gladly accept returns within 21 days of order fulfillment, as long as the item is in original condition.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Refunds are made to the original method of payment less the original shipping fee.  Cerettos will provide a return label after a return is requested. Please allow 3-5 business days from the date of return receipt for the refund to be issued so that we may process the return and conduct a quality review. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email.
